Ojas

About Ojas

Ojas is an 8-day guided experience that integrates movement, breathwork, and self-reflection to help you restore vitality and mental clarity in a sustainable way.

Instead of pushing harder or adding more intensity, this journey focuses on regulation, awareness, and consistency-allowing energy and focus to rebuild naturally.

Each day offers a structured yet gentle practice that supports:

  • Physical energy and circulation

  • Mental steadiness and focus

  • Nervous system balance
