Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) in it's original and modified forms to awaken and stabilise the body
Pranayama to support energy regulation and nervous-system balance
Reflective journaling & self reflection to cultivate insight and clarity
Practices are accessible, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are.
Participants receive supporting materials to continue beyond the immersion.
